A Meow for Help is an organisation dedicated to cat welfare. Oftentimes cats are unwanted, abandoned, and put down due to the high cost of their medical needs. We hope to help them live long and happy lives by funding their healthcare necessities.
This organisation is the manifestation of two senior high school students’ affection for cats and desire to contribute to a cause we believe is important. As students who are part of the globally acclaimed International Baccalaureate program, we strive to be caring, principled individuals that are open to risks. We have a commitment to service and aim to make a positive difference in our community. A Meow for Help was conceived as a vessel for these aspirations and our mutual love for cats.
Simply put, the mission of A Meow for Help is to ensure that adequate funding is available to cats in need. We believe that unadopted cats deserve the same quality of life as all pets, including access to food, shelter, and medical care. We recognize the admirable work that humane societies and other organisations have accomplished, and seek to support them in their pursuit of animal welfare.
